These are just typical ranges. Real usage also depends on the brand, model, age, temperature setting and weather — so the result is a ballpark figure.
This is a little tool to estimate your electricity costs. Enter an appliance's power, how long you use it and your price per kWh, and you'll see roughly what it costs per day, per month and per year. You can also add all your appliances to see the total.

FAQ
It's a quick estimate. The result is based on the power, hours and price you enter. Real bills are affected by things like a variable-speed AC, your temperature setting, the weather and tiered pricing — so treat it as a ballpark, not a bill.
A kWh (kilowatt-hour) is the energy a 1,000-watt appliance uses in one hour. So a 1,500-watt appliance running for an hour uses about 1.5 kWh.
Check the appliance's label or manual: if it says W (watts), pick Watts; if it says kW (kilowatts), pick Kilowatts. The tool converts it for you.
Most modern ACs are variable-speed and don't run at full power all the time — they ease off once the room is cool. So real usage is often lower than this fixed-power estimate, which is more of a "roughly the most it would cost".
Yes. On the Calculate tab, work out one appliance and tap "Add to My Appliances". Add a few, then open My Appliances to see the total.

This tool gives a rough estimate of everyday electricity costs only. Your actual bill depends on your utility and local pricing. It's an independent little tool and isn't connected to any app store.
